Return Policy for Products

We take great pride in all the designs we create and curate. However, we completely understand that there may be circumstances where a product needs to be returned. Please review our return policy below.

1. Cases Where Return Can Be Processed

  1. Damaged on arrival.
  2. Manufacturing defect or expired product.
  3. Incorrect product delivered or wrong order.

2. Cases Where Return Cannot Be Processed

  1. Product no longer required.
  2. Any other reason not covered above.

3. Return Conditions

  1. Clear images of the product must be provided while raising the return request.
  2. Original packaging and tags must be retained.
  3. Refund will be processed after inspection of the product (pick-up arranged within 3 days).
  4. Return request will be cancelled if product pick-up is not allowed within 7 days of request.
  5. Refund will be processed only in the original mode of payment.

4. Exclusions

  1. No returns for loose or cut threads in certain fabrics.
  2. No returns for thickness unless it differs from website specifications.
  3. Cushions are non-returnable.
  4. No returns accepted for polish/appearance variations in vintage products.

Note: For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank account. Bank details must be shared at the time of submitting the refund request.

Refund Policy

The order amount will be credited within 10 days from the date of initiating the refund.

In case of returns, refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is reviewed and inspected by our team.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Bentdecor or the approved payment gateway will credit the amount directly to your debit/credit card or online account.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be transferred to your registered bank account via NEFT.
