9. Delivery & Installation

Payment Terms

• Offline orders require 50% advance.
• Online orders require full payment.
• Balance payment must clear before delivery.

Delivery Conditions

• Authorized person must be present at delivery.
• Sufficient installation space must be ensured.
• Storage charges of ₹1000 per product per week apply after 7 days.

10. Delay Policy

Catalog Products

• Cancellation allowed if delay exceeds 4 weeks.
• Compensation: 1.5% per week (max 3%).

Customized Products

• Cancellation allowed if delay exceeds 5 weeks.
• Same compensation terms apply.

11. Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be canceled within 72 hours.
• After 72 hours, refund is at Bentdecor’s discretion.
• No cancellation accepted 5 days post-delivery.

12. Product Variations

Due to the natural characteristics of wood, stone, or resin, slight variations in appearance may occur. Exact finish is not guaranteed.

13. Damaged Product Policy

• Report damage within 72 hours via email.
